Password recovery or removal for superstack II switch 9300?

I am trying to take the password off of a superstack II switch 9300. The debug backdoor password has been changed so I need some other way to set the unit to default or recover the existing password. thanks for any help, hints or ideas.

Hi !

So I´ve got the same problem with my 3com SuperStack II 9300 (PID 3C93011).
Here is no way for any matrix-modul ! I couldn´t connect the cable. So what can I do now for the reset to factory settings ?
NO given password (above) will work ! And we lost the administrator password !

Please gimme some hint and/or solution !
