Password Protection

What is the easiest way to make a workbook that requires user to enter a username and password on a welcome screen and once the correct username has been entered, then it either takes them to their input page with all other pages hidden or unhidden based upon access rights to the workbook.

Am I asking for something that is extremely difficult to program?
