Anyone know if it's possible to apply a password to a single field (of a table) in an Access 2000 form?

Specifically it's the "Salary" field and, of course, should only be viewable by a select few. All employees need access to the other fields, however.

Thanks for any suggestions!

If you have workgroup security set up, you could check user group level On Open and toggle the Visible property of the field.........
