password protect multiple sheets in a workbook

I have a workbook with multiple sheets that have some protected cells. Is there a way to password protect all sheets at once...instead of each sheet individually

Can't be done without a VBA program.

If you wish to pursue that route, macro record protecting on of your sheets.

Copy the recorded code and post back in VBA Visual Basic for Applications (Microsoft) forum707 for help making it work for all sheets.
