Hi There,

Is there a way to change the mailbox password expiration policy on a callPilot system?

version - 41.02.56.22

Go to Class of service and you can set the expiry time from 0 to 365 days

I'm not sure that I have that option. The only class of service that I see is located in a users mailbox config, and that only allows me to set the number from 1 to 16.

It does exist. Connect a pc to the callpilot and go to class of svc.

On BCM50R3 / BCM450
Via feature 983, press Mbox.
You will see Add, Delete,Change
Press 1 to edit a class of service.

I'm not sure how I missed that. Thanks a bunch!
