Password in Symantec Norton Corporate 10. 1

Hi,

I'm trying to 'configure' Norton Corporate V10. but i'm prompted for a login and a password. I tried everything like login "Admin" Pwd :"Symantec"... itsnt good .. i've a serial number for Norton Copr 10 , but after several installs the prompt are the Same. Have you a solution or suggestions for my problem.

Try "symantec". All lower case letters.

Cool, j'ai trouvé... a magic Soft ... look for Iforgot.exe in SAV Folder ... its THE solution...

New to this company and the admin does not remember the sysmantec password. Now I have done this before just don't remember what I did. I know there is a way to reset unlock server group any help is appriciated.

shazzam... navigate to the following directory on your AV Console server;

\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec System Center\Tools

and run the

Iforgot.exe

this resets the Console Admin password.
