Password changing via OWA

We have started using OWA to enable users at remote sites to access their mailboxes. However, when they attempt to change their passwords via OWA, they get "page cannot be displayed".

Any advice would be appreciated.

use microsoft support Q277908, it also works for OWA in
non-cluster environment

I think I have missed something obvious. Do we need to purchase Certificates before we can use this feature?
