I'm having hard time using password change service via email on my callpilot revision 7.5. I keep getting error "Unable to get SMTP code for Location ID = 2", any idea why ?
So this is a Desktop Messaging issue? What software release is the CP? What is the current patch level and what version Desktop Messaging are you using? Also what version of Outlook?
The CP manager is version 5.00.41.143
This is a new CP server running on MS SERVER 2003. I have also installed and configured POP3 with my domain and SMTP info.
This server is connected to my domain I can ping it.
I just installed Desktop messaging but I'm not able to connect yet.
I'm only using Outlook express and I'm trying connect to my exchange server with no seccuss(pop3 & imap are enabled)
