I have a Call Pilot system on a 1005r, at version 5.00.41.97.

Under the Messaging --> Security Administration there is a new Password Change Service section that has enable change by email. I have checked this off.

Within a user detail section, there is a new security feature called Password Change Service Email. I hae entered an email address, then chose to change the password thinking that the user would get an email saying their password had been changed. They do not receive an email.

Have I missed something? Does anyone use this?

Thanks.

There is a new feature with SU07, where the user can web browse in to either call pilot or reporter to change their password. That is what sends the email to confirm the change.
We just got it working this week.
