Password Change Script

I have mulitple Boxes that require password changes monthly These boxes all have trusted logins and I am looking for a script that will allow me to enter password and have it distributed accross all systems, as outlined in a supplimentory flat file.

Any help. I have heard that using expect is the best way to do this?
