Hi.
Passport 6440 have feature to capturing voice stream from
1pE1Mvpe FP card .
commnands for example:
(to start capturing)
start vsr/1 svs/1 framer pcmcapture

(to monitor status)
d vsr/1 svs/1 framer pcmcapture
Vsr/1 Svs/1 Framer PcmCapture
filename = mvpPcmCmapture
bufSize = 1000000 bytes
duration = 60 seconds
dataCapturedSize = 0 bytes
status = neverStarted

how to decode file "mvpPcmCmapture" for listening it on PC with winXP or Linux ?

Hi jimis,
I tried to submit a reply but my web session went sad. Sorry if both posts turn up...

So you know you need to "save vsr/1 svs/1 framer pcm" once you've done the start/stop? This will save the capture file to something like mvpPcmCapture.c10.p00.t01 (in the root directory - "ls fs") which you can FTP onto your PC to play with using a freeware/commercial PCM codec. Check out google etc for examples of these codecs.
Of course, you'd only use this for test calls, right, not to capture live customer calls for any evil purpose ;-)

You might need to rename the file - it has odd extensions as part of its filename. I'd be interested to know if you find a codec that works...
