I just got Enterprise running (standard) and created a virtual directory so I can call the report through the url.
How would I pass the login parameters to the report? I believe I can pass to a parameter field using ?param0=12345, so what if any is the syntax for login?

TIA

Wes

I guess I figured it out. It took some digging to find it.

I need to know this as well - please can you tell me how to do it?

Thanks

Kate

Can you pass the administrator login to the URL? I want to avoid the 5 user lockout problem, and you can still login with the administrator after the 5 tokens have been taken. I tried with parameter
?user0=administrator&password0=report
but this doesn't work (report being the admin password).

If this is not possible, do you know a way of changing the page that says "The Web Component Server could not log you on to the APS. Please re-enter your user name and password. [On Page Server: "
So that it says - "please try again in 5 minutes" - I have changed the token expiry time so they are released after 5 minutes.

you will need to post the information by using a form in an asp or csp page for which you can then set values and they get posted to the new page which you call your report
