I have an older Avaya switch (CM 2.2.2), and I'm kinda stumped; appreciate any help provided. Thanks in advance.

I have a fax server connected to the PBX using ISDN/PRI. My goal is to have a local number ring into the switch, and route across the PRI to the fax server, retaining the original caller ID. Seems there should be a simple way to accomplish this?

Thanks again for any help provided.

Are the inbound PSTN trunks ISDN as well? If so, check docs for tandem trunks. If the PSTN trunks are analog, you could have issues.
