Passing APS info and DB info in URL

Is it possible to pass the APS user info as well as the database userid and password through the URL without knowing what the ID of the report is? Or do I need to uninstall Enterprise from my server, so I don't have to pass the APS info?

Have you tried placing the RPT file in a web directory and calling it directly from a URL? (webserver/dir/myrpt.rpt?user0=me&password0=you) You shouldn't need any APS info, just the DB User and pass.
