I passed the 70-290 exam yesterday. I guess 3rd time is a charm, eh? ha.

The first time I took the test I was suprised at how easy it "seemed" to be at first. The questions steadily got harder but all in all not too bad. I still failed though :( Missed it by like 1 question.... VERY annoying.

The second time I took it I got my <expletive> kicked. From the very first question I knew i was in trouble. The questions were worded poorly (in my opinion) and it made it seem like I did not even study.

The third (and final) time I took this exam I knew right away I was gonna pass. The questions seemed very easy. I finished faster than any other time I took 290. I danced the jig all the way to my car!

I now realize that there must be different sets of exam questions. Some sets are VERY difficult and some are much easier. I noticed some people saying they passed 290 on the first try. I assure you if I got my third exam in the place of my first exam I woulda passed first time.

Moral of this story: Study hard, KNOW YOUR MATERIAL, and pray you get an easy set of questions.

That's very interesting. I'm taking the test tomorrow. I hope I get the easy batch of questions. Seems unfair but that's life.

Good luck to you. I would show up to the testing center an hour early if you can and go over the material one more time. I sit out in my car and cram in as much as possible before heading in. Also make sure you use the restroom first cause they usually do not let you leave your chair after you start.
