I was curious about the Pass and Pass Plus coverage. Is it correct to assume that Pass is automatically included at no extra cost, if there is a cost what can I expect.

I also understand that Pass Plus only includes software, not hardware or labor.

If we were to sign on a contract for 2 years and not expect to do any software upgrades for the first 2 years, shouldn't we just be able to get the Pass, then when signing the contract upon renewal, that we get the Pass Plus at that time.

$24,000 is a lot of money for Pass Plus when you do not anticipate a software upgrade.

Thoughts anyone? We're coming up for a contract renewal so what I was thinking was getting the upgrade now, then elimnating the Pass Plus for the next contract, then renewing it for the following contract?

PASS & PASS Plus are both a cost. PASS allows corrective content from MFGR and access to tech support. PASS Plus same as PASS but will cover off "like for like" upgrade on ISM's. HW/Labor is billable.

And as of July 2nd, PASS and PASS Plus for CS1000 and CallPilot are going up significantly.

Interesting, so a move to Cisco might be an option, I wonder if there are any extra costs like PASS with a Cisco phone system

Great Scott!!!! Thank you Thank you telebub!! We are trying to get quotes and this will certainly be a factor on how FAST we need to be!! * for you!
