On the MMail, I also think that I heard of a Nortel promotion that might be of interest. I think there is pretty nice upgrade pricing from MMail to CallPilot, like for like for minimal I believe.

I'm researching some of your other info out here, specifically QSIG PRI and I have a question for you. I have your Nortel config from

this is the only way to converse, we can't exchange emails or phone numbers here.. been warned and don't really wan tot get kicked out.. and no i am just so so on the avaya and it is 90 percent default anyway.. those screen paints are a little hard to post.. have you tried the avaya forum?
