Parts of Menu Bar disappeared!

I opened one of my webpages, and notices that the menu bar began with view, and that the File and Edit portions of the menu bar are missing. I have tried everything to try to get it back, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but no luck. When I installed Front Page on another computer to see if maybe my software was bad, it installed perfectly.

what now?

Might be an extensions problem, depending on what version of FrontPage you've got. If you have 2002, your server has 2000 extensions, and you used 2002's navigation bars, they won't publish.

I am using Front Page 2000. I tried to have the program repair extensions, but no luck.
