Hello-

For a Partner Mail PC voicemail auto attendant, after a caller hears the greeting and presses nothing (i.e. from a rotary phone), does the call go to x10? If so, is there a way of aiming such calls to a different extension? Thank you!

Not sure what you mean by "Partner Voicemail PC".

Partner Mail, a PC that connects to extension ports via line cords, yes, you can set the system operator to an extension other than 10, so 0/timeout to system operator will go where you want it, or you can set the 0/timeout to a specific extension leaving the system operator alone.

Partner Mail VS, a module that fits into the 5 slot carrier, on Release 5 you can specify the 0/timeout extension to be other than 10, but not on R1 through R4.

Partner Messaging, all releases, a module that fits into a 5-slot carrier or an ACS 2-slot carrier, yes you can set the 0/timeout to an extension other than 10.

Partner Voice Messaging, a PCMCIA card that fits into slot 2 of the ACS processor, NO, you can not change the dial-0/timeout option to anything, so it's always going to transfer to Ext. 10.

Hi Tommy-

Thanks for your reply! It's the PCMCIA card voicemail, and you've answered my question.

Thanks again!

extension 10 is the only setting for zero/timeout on PC large or Small
