Partner Voicemail not picking up

When a caller is transfered to extension 20 or 21, the call just rings and rings until someone picks up.

I verify that the voicemail pick up is set to 3 rings. I verified that extentions have a mailbox assigned to them.

When the operator sends a call to extention 20 or 21 via the VMT feature, it works.

Looking for a reason for why the viocemail is not picking up the trasnfered calls.
 
TouchToneTommy- If I set the Automation VM Coverage, will the phone ring at all when a call is transfered to the extention? The phone still needs to ring 3 times before going to VM. Thank You
 
The call is still ringing on and on after setting the Automattic VM Cover. Any other suggestions?
 
#310 is all you need to let the system know their is a mailbox associated with it. If it is now working still, either you have not programmed #310 to assigned for those extensions or you do not actually have mailboxes created.
 
Or maybe they have a VMS Cover button on their phone (Feaure 15) That they have de-activated so that they are not going to voicemail coverage.
 
Completely overlooked the VM Cover button. I know the mailboxes are set up and associated with the correct extention since the VM transfer is working. Thanks again.
