Partner Voice Messaging

I have a Partner ACS R3 with a large voice mail R3L installed. We took a direct hit of lightneng yesterday and fried the control module where the card is plugged in. We got a new control Mod today but when I try to call the voice mail system Intercom 777 I get a busy tone when I hit the 3rd 7. Is my voice card fried? Any Suggestions? How Much?

Did you assign stations 78 & 79 to the voicemail hunt group?

Yes. I programmed 78 and 79 to Hunt Group 7 I am going to use Auto Attendant to answer all calls

Make Sure all other extensions besides 78 and 79 are set to 2. Unassigned under #505 Since its a replacement Processor it might have had some other ports assigned which will make the voicemail not work.

I've never seen a voicemail card fried by lightning.
