The system is the Partner Messaging R1 Modules with 2-port LIC card. All system and extension features are configured and operational.
The problem: How do you change the default message announcement that plays when Night Service is on?

During the day a "live" attendant answers and after-hours the Night Service is turned on. I know that if an incoming call hits the system, it will not play your recorded message, but, default to the pre-recorded message. What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance!

Wait for the tone, record the new Greeting, then:

- or -
21 (Re-Record Message)

When you get the message you want, IMPORTANT:

Thanks TouchTone...I knew that it was something simple that Avaya conveniently left out of the manuals. Either that or I totally overlooked it scouring through it. I 'll try it!

Oops, forgot to add:

Between the (password) #
and
3 (Automated Attendant)

you need to press 9 for programming; it's not prompted.
