Partner VMS Not working 1

Partner R4.1 Proc VMS 3.0

System lost power for about a day now VMS not working.

When I dial Intercom 777 I get a busy signal.

Have reseated vm card and module.

Starup diags seem OK.
Got Green Power.
Yellow lights at boot
Red Lights at boot
Yellow and Red go out.
Line Lights lite up for a min or so then go out.
All as the book says.
HDD Light Flashes but is doing so rythmically. 3 flashes then two flashes over and over.

Any suggestions?



 
What it you dial the voice mail port extensions directly, instead of 777?

Have you checked the extension assignments in Hunt Group 7?

If those are correct, and 777 AND the extensions give you a busy signal, the hard drive has crashed hard, and it's time for a replacement.
 
Thanks. Had to reprogram the Hunt Group.
 
If the power outage caused a programming problem, the internal battery is failing. This might be a good time to consider upgrading the processor to an Avaya Partner ACS.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
