I have a Partner PC Card large installed and there are two mailboxes that are not playing the beep and allowing callers to leave messages. They get the greeting, then silence, and goodbye. When I log into voicemail admin and choose option eight to change the call answer mode for the mailbox it tells me "invalid option". So if I can't change the call answer mode, I am wondering how it got set to answer only to begin with! Any suggestions?
