I have a Avaya Partner system. The customer recorded a AA message and a general MB message (same message). When a caller gets directed to the AA it plays both messages. They want unanswered calls to go into MB #10 without hearing the AA announcement. Thoughts?
If you are trying to skip the attendant and go straight to mailbox #10 to leave a message, then you need to assign line ownership through #208 as well as change #206 from 1=assigned to 3=vms line cover. Then, instead of hearing the attendant first, it will just go straight to x10's mailbox message.
