Does anyone know if transfer at co works on Partner and how?
Case call comes into client location. Client answers call and wishes to transfer to cell phone without tying up a line.
You must have 3 Way Calling / Call Transfer feature on each line you want to be able to use this feature on. This service is provided by your local telco.
If it is not on the line the call comes in on when you try to FLASH the caller will be disconnected.
I always place it on all lines that expect to get any of these calls so the station users do not have to worry if they are on the correct line. A no brainer for them.
You can do a Blind Transfer or a Supervised transfer.
