Hey guys. I just had a Partner System ACS 4.0 with Partner Mail VS R 5.0 dropped in my lap to configure. When I connect a POTs line to the system and call it the phones ring once and I get a "your call is being transferred to the receptionist" msg. This system was used in a satelite office about 5 years ago and hasn't been touched since. I removed the VM card and the call rings until answered so it must be something in the VM card. I was able to figure out ext 44 and 45 are programmed on the system. My guess is there is some sort of auto forward enabled.
how do i remove?

Thanks Guys

The Voicemail ports are assigned. Still, I get the "your call is being transferred to the receptionist" msg.

then the wrong ports are assigned
the last ports in the slot the VS in in and it emulates a 206 card so it counts for 6 ports
give us the slots and what is in them then we can tell you which ones are the ones you need
