Partner rls 4.1

I have a Partner 4.1 (not ACS) and customer wants a cordless and voicemail (small 4 mboxes). What are my options w/o upgrading to ACS?
Also there is a 206E 3.1, can the trunk ports accept CLID from the analog lines?

you need a EC card for CID

any VM or messaging is compatible with the 4.1 (except for the cards )

I would just have them buy their own cordless at the big box
