Partner Remote Admin

I have the partner pc admin setup on a pc and can connect directly via modem and retrieve the system translations, however when I make a change to the programming and try to send it to the internal memory or pc card it fails after 2% can anyone help?

Try a different modem or change your modem speed to 9600.
