Partner Plus Programing

I have a Partner plus rel 4.1 and it will not let me into programing. I hit feature 00 then system program system program and it comes back with info that is programed on the key. does anyone have any ideas?

Are you using the Left Intercom Button as the System Program Button?

Are you programming from ext.10 or 11? You must program from one of these ports with a display phone.

Hi eak1234,
There is no password. If you are not on ext 10 or 11, the system will give you an error beep. Since nothing can be programmed on the intercom button, I am mystified as to what buttons you are pushing. The proceedure you posted works every single time.
Give it another shot, slowly.

I am programing from port 10 and I have tried port 11 it still gives me a error beep after hitting feature 00 system program system program then any key I hit I get the error tone.

When you hit Feature "00" stop. What does the display say?
