PARTNER MODEL 103E9 MLS 12 PHONES TWO LINES BUSY CANNOT ACCESS OTHERS

mls 12 phones when two lines are in use you cannot access the other two lines from any other phone even though they are programmed on the other phones.Intercom won't work either.

The partner system in question had 204 modules. What I found is that the system must have taken some stray voltage. I pulled the plug on the system and it cleared the problem. The nicad battery held it's memory so everything was fine
