I really can't believe I have to ask this, 15 years working with Avaya and I can't figure out how to remotely access voicemail on the Partner Version of IP Office. I have calls answered by extension 10. She can retrieve while inside the office, but needs to retrieve from outside. We have tried *7, *17, *777, 777 - nothing. What am I missing? Thanks!

Under User settings, Advanced settings, set one of the break outs to 777. I usually set *3 to go to 777. Then once their message picks up, press *3.
