Cust. has ACS Rel 7 with Partner Mess. Rel. 7 4 Port Lic. Card
Has worked fine for a month, today when some one enter any digit on their phone the Auto Attendant says invalid entry and the call does not go thru. What could be wrong?

Could be someone went to re-record the greeting and mangled the selector codes.

3 for Auto Attendant
1 for Auto Attendant No. 1
1 for Day or 2 for Night
6 to Modify
1 for Selector Code 1
9 to Modify
5 for Direct Extension Transfer (signifies the 1st digit of a 2-digit extension number)
2 for Selector Code 2
9 to Modify
5 for Direct Extension Transfer
*# to save Selector Code Changes
# to keep current recording

Thanks for your reply, but all the selectors codes are ok, it has to be something else.

If the selector codes are correct, try defaulting the Partner Messaging and reprogram it from scratch.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
 
check if they are in day AND night the same selector codes, maybe someone pressed the night service button
