Cust. has ACS Rel 7 with Partner Mess. Rel. 7 4 Port Lic. Card
Has worked fine for a month, today when some one enter any digit on their phone the Auto Attendant says invalid entry and the call does not go thru. What could be wrong?

Could be someone went to re-record the greeting and mangled the selector codes.
