Partner Messaging Software 1

Our customer just migrated their exchange server to a 64bit server. They had Partner Messaging software installed on their old 32bit server which worked great. But the esisting software is not compatible in their new 64bit server. Has anyone been able to make this work? Thanks in advance.

Since you did not provide any details of the version of OS you are using, I'm guessing that it is Win7 64bit? Try running the Partner Messaging software in XP compatibility mode, otherwise you are probably out of luck... or contact Avaya.

Does this software need to be on the mail server or can it be on another pc on their network?
