Partner Messaging R7 1

I have a new installation comprising of 1-ACS R7 Processor, 3-0x12 Modules and 1-Partner Messaging R7 w/4 port License. Msg Waiting Lamps on extension #'s 11 & 12 will not light when new message is received. These are the only 18D's on the system, the rest are 6D's and work fine. Operator console is a 34 Button. Anyone seen this before? I have tried everything to confirm working lamps, working voice mail boxes. Deleted and rebuilt, etc... Thanks

I believe you can only have (2) 012 Modules maximum in a carrier. With 3, it is probably a power issue supported them.

It will never work, and here's why:

This is what your extension ports look like. Notice that your voice mail in slot 5 is extensions 55 through 58. The valid extension numbers in a Partner ACS are 10 through 57. The 4th voice mail port, the one that lights the lights, is not valid. You need to swap one of the 012's for a 308 and reprogram the voice mail ports. Or, put the voice mail in slot 4, the 012 in slot 5, you'd lose extensions 48 and 49, and the last 5 stations on the last 012.

Just double-checked docs, it is only (2) 012 Modules supported in a 5-slot.

Actually, 47 and 48, my fat fingers added 7 extensions for the VM card. In the original configuration, it only goes to ext. 60, not 61.
