Partner Messaging Automated Attendant Extensions Set up 2

Hi,

I have the Partner Messaging R7 with 4 port card. I am using all 4 auto attendants.

I am trying to set up the AA extension that you can hit the two digit intercom extension and it connects the internal phones to the AA.

I've set one up for my AA-3 already a long time ago. For the life of me, I can't remember what all I did!!

I have the PM 7.0 Admin software. I have set up extension 43, already, to AA 3. When I hit INTERCOM and 43, I get a ring and connect to the AA3 Greeting.

I wanted to set this up for all the other AAs on the system as well.

In the Messaging Release 7.0 Admin software, I went to EXTENSIONS, then AUTOMATED ATTENDANTS, and then added a new AAE. I used extension 42, told it to connect to AA 2 and so on. When I dial it, I get a busy signal.

I don't remember or know if I was supposed to do anything to the system itself. (Partner ACS 7.0)


Can someone please help me set this up so I can get the other ones working as well?

I hope I left enough information to get the help I need.
