Partner message light not working

I have a ACS 7.0, 4port 200 box system. The voicemail message light stopped working for all phones. No programming changes. All message lights work when I do F09 at extension. Any ideas?
 
Check the VM Ports restrictions and make sure the mailboxes are set to have a phone.
 
They all have phones assigned. Funny thing is it worked until yesterday morning. System has been running for two weeks.
 
have you tried powering off and on ?

doing a system reset ?
 
Yes I did that. Rechecked all the settings. I added a new mailbox to the system and recorded a message. Still no indicator light.
 
I would make backups of both the voicemail and processor and default both of them.

Do a basic config to check and see if the problem is resolved.

If so, restore from the backed-up configs. If the saved configs cause the problem to return, default again and program entirely from scratch.
 
Defaulted processor module this morning. No effect! Will try VM next. Thanks for the suggestions.
