Partner Mail VS says valid extension is not valid from Auto Attendant 1

Ok Here is a messed up Partner Problem,

My client just changed the greeting on a partner mail VS auto attendant and now when someone calls in from a CO and gets AA, dial extension 21 or 25, the partner system says that those extensions are not valid extensions, they both have mail boxes on the system and can dial out but no one can get them from aa transfer

any help is appreciated

can you reach any ext with the lead number 2? Also can they reach the MB from inside ext to ext?

When recording the automated attendant prompt, for the Day menu, you must also navigate the system asking about selector code settings. Most end users don't listen carefully to the prompts, and screw up the selector code (usually #1). Log in, and play the menu configuration, take note of each selector code, and its function. It should be Direct Extension Transfer, meaning that selector code is the first digit of an extension number.

Voice mail ports are 42, 43, 44, 45, there is acs cpu, 2 308s and one 400

all other extensions work

so you are saying that exts 21,23,24,26-29 all work and go to VM boxes?

Thank you to TelTech and TouchTone. You were absolutely right. It was selector code 2 changed to announcement. I set it back to direct extension transfer and it works perfect again.
