Hi all,
It's not clear to me from reading the manuals how to send the incoming lines to two separate auto attendants.

The same receptionist can answer calls for both groups (Lines 1-7 and Lines 8-12), but if she can't all calls end up at AA 1.

How do I point the second group of lines (L08-L12) to AA-2?

Leave the programming on the telephone system as-is, since it seems to be configured correctly other than the wrong auto-attendant (AA). Log in to box 99, choose 3 for AAs, choose AA number 2, then listen to the prompts. Choose line assignments, add the lines you need for AA2 and they will be removed from AA1 automatically. Record your prompts for AA2 and you're done.
