Have a PM R3.0 standalone that has customer data that we're trying to preserve while resetting the Admin password.
They lost their password and we normally can get in and reset without re-initializing their entire database back to factory defaults.
They had extension setup as the Admin mailbox and we reset it to 9997 but it seems their new IT manager had exceeded the (6) attempts and now the 9997 admin mailbox is locked after we moved admin back to 9997.
Any ideas or tricks to reset it without having to run "init" on the database? Using the serial # doesn't fix it after the admin mailbox security feature comes on and locks you out.
If you don't want to post this sensitive info in a reply post ... just email me a response.
Thanks for your help.
