Partner mail "Invalid message" 1

I'm having problems with a partner mail r 4.1 on a partner acs r4.After the auto attend picks up and plays the out going message their is a brief pause for the user to leave their message then partner mail says:
"invalid message-message deleted" I can not leave an incoming message OR change my out going messages!
Any ideas??

Sounds like the hard drive may be failing or there are bad sectors on the hard drive. Check for a red or yellow lite on the VS Mail. If this checks out try rebooting the system by going into system programming and run procedure #728. This will knock people off their calls so do this when the system is idle. If it still won't take messages make sure the general mailbox isn't full. Some people tend to let old messages accumulate, so if this is the case then simply delete the old messages. Brian Cox
