We have a partner acs r6.0 and partner mail 3.0 (4-ports).
5-slot carrier, acs processor, [3]308 exp, and an 012 in slot 5.
The problem is the mail is answering "transferring call" and sending to extension 10.
I have checked #206 and all lines are assigned to group 7.
The hunt delay is set for 6-rings for day and 3 for night.
The hunt schedule is set for night only.
The mail has 1-auto attendant (night only).
Also, there are no other ports programmed for group 7 other tham the 4 vm ports. Help!!!!

Is this a new problem that appeared out of the blue?

A reboot may help.

Any chance your mailboxes may be full?

Is that a Partner Messaging PC Card R3 with 4 mailboxes? or Partner Mail VS R3.0 or Partner Mail R3???????????

I would double-check the extension numbers that you have programmed with #505. That is usually a sign that you are off on those extensions. Try actually calling each of the (4) extensions (instead of 777) and make sure they all pick-up with voicemail access.

Thanks for the help. After I posted the thread I double checked the #505 by dialing the extensions directly. Sure enough I was off on one extension. As usual one of you superstars were correct. Thanks again.
