We just moved an AT@T Partner II system to a new location. We get the time on the phones and you can see the numbers you are dialing but you don't hear a dial tone. The call goes through but you can't hear anything on either the callers or recipents phone. (called a cell phone from the office) The office is wired with Cat5e for data and telco. However all the keystone jacks are cat5e. We were thinking the battery died and lost the configurations during the move and locked the allow dial tone or some other option.
We tested the phone block and it's live.
