Partner II R4.1 Auto Messaging Ringing problem

I have a Partner II R4.1, and after my automated Messaging system plays the message, the red lights on my extensions flash, but no longer ring. I don't use Voice Mail, the message tells the daily special, and then is supposed to ring at the extensions, but no longer rings, only flashes. Help!
 
You mean a voicemail system is answering the calls or the Auto Syatem Answer is?
What it sounds to me is the ASA feature is on, and when it answers the calls...plays the message...then puts the callers on hold. If i remeber correctly, i thought there was a feature that would make it ring to ext 10, but i cant seem to find any documentation, All I find is that it is supposed to put the calls on hold at ext 10.
 
It sounds like you have an ASA , auto system answer, if so you should have a button on ext 10 to turn it on and off, to program what you want it to do after it answers the call, go into system program , #121 and then chose one of the following
1-hold after answer
2-disconnect after answer
3-ring after answer
see if that works for you
