Ok this is a simple question that baffles us!
I need Ext 10,25,44 & 45 to ring co8 immediatley in night mode, BUT only ext 10 to ring on all co lines in day mode. I cannot figure out how to keep co8 from ringing on 25,44 & 45 during day mode.

Can somebody 'hep' me?

You would assign Night Service to 24, 44 and 45, but program them for NO ring. However, when you push the Night Service button, EVERY line on 24,44 & 45 will ring, not just CO-8. You could possibly loop an unused staton to an unused CO, give the station only line 8, No ring, and night service, and assign that CO to 24,44 & 45. This will make CO 8 ring in a different button at night; probably also restrict that CO to In Only for those sets so they call OUT on the REAL CO-8 button.

I have actually tried the first suggestion, which is the reason for a callback to the customer...BUMMER! So since CO8 doesn't get incoming calls to it often enough during the day, I delayed the ring for ext 25 (Office Manager wants to answer calls on co 8 at 5am-7am but not during day), and did immediate ringing for xt 10,44,45.
Does this get easier on the ACS R5? Can I set Day and night ringing for each extension????
