Partner goes to AA yet ext. 11 stil 1

Partner goes to AA yet ext. 11 still rings?? I set up AA to answer after 1 ring for caller ID purposes.
Ext.11 has been programmed for delayed ring and/ or no ring yet still rings.
I can't find my notes. I believe it is Partner messaging
I think I m missing something?

My current issue is when calls come in I pickuyp receiver which defaults to intercom. Then I select line button and system tries to dial out digits ???

For that description, it's simple. The extension has been assigned to Hunt Group 7.
#505-7-11-2 will cure it



For fun, assign an extension to Hunt Group 7 and note how its behavior changes

o Goes off hook on Intercom, even through you've set Auto Line Select to something else
o Intercom Dial Tone sounds like Outside Dial Tone
o When it rings and you lift the handset, you hear Touch-Tone digits - these are the Mode Codes being sent by the processor to the "voicemail port" to indicate what to do with the incoming call

There's a bunch of other things, but I can't remember them at the moment, but the description of incoming call and the system tries to dial is the tip off.

Yes, thanks TTT. I thought the same thing, and took out Ext 10 & Ext11 that inadvertently went in either by me or the customer trying to fix his own stuff. Upon my arrival, after they had lost all programming due to power outage, they had taken backup card and put it in Partner messaging module's port.
