I am trying to program the top four buttons on a Partner Eurostyle 18D telephone. I am using an ACS R6.0 processor. It won't allow me to program the top four buttons. Button numbers 17, 18, 19 and 20. The book says the top row is programable with out lites on an 18D. Can some one please help.

What are you trying to program them as? Are you programming from the set, from Ext. 10/11 through Centralized Telephone Programming, or from the GUI?
You should be able to put any feature that does not require a light, or a one touch speed dial on any of those upper buttons.

What features are you trying to program? Some features require LED and if you try to program them without the LED it will not work.
