Partner Endeavor w/ pvm 2x4 1

Customer of mine has endeavor with pvm card and every few days the selector codes change back to defaults as well as passwords. All recordings stay fine and all sstem programming is still there - I'm assuming its a bad pvm but thought I'd throw a line out - anybody had anything similar?

Try a system default on the Voice mail. Then reprogram it, this will usally fix any problems but erase all your messages. Post your email I'll send you instructions.
