Partner doorphone wont disconnect 1

I have an IP Office 500 Partner Edition doorphone. When the doorphone rings but never disconnects. It has rung for an hour and never hung up. How can I get the doorphone to disconnect after 30 secs or so?

Set the extension port to an IVR port.Have the door phone ring a group overflowed to an Auto attendant with nothing programed.
